Key Responsibilities
- Audit AR follow-up work to ensure accuracy and compliance with defined standards
- Review call notes, claim actions, and documentation for correctness and completeness
- Identify recurring errors, trends, and process gaps in AR workflows
- Prepare quality audit reports and share actionable feedback
- Highlight training needs based on audit findings
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, payer rules, and US healthcare regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through quality insights
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR
- 1–2 years of experience in AR auditing or quality analysis
- Strong understanding of AR follow-ups, denial management, and payer workflows
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and document findings clearly
- Good communication skills for providing structured feedback
