Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day AR team operations and workload distribution
- Monitor productivity metrics, aging reports, and AR performance dashboards
- Ensure adherence to defined AR processes, quality standards, and turnaround times
- Act as the point of coordination for escalations and issue resolution
- Support communication related to operational requirements and process updates
- Identify training needs and mentor AR executives to improve performance
- Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR
- 1–2 years of experience in team handling or AR team leadership
- Strong understanding of AR workflows, payer follow-ups, and denial management
- Ability to analyze productivity and aging reports
- Good communication and team management skills
- Experience working in US night shift environments
