Key Responsibilities

- Support internal teams with claim review and follow-up tasks as assigned
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with defined process guidelines
- Participate in process learning and role-specific preparation activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in US healthcare processes
- Basic understanding or interest in US Medical Billing / AR
- Willingness to learn payer guidelines and healthcare workflows
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work US night shifts
