- Role: Customer Support Executive (Chat / Email / Voice)
- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
- Shift: Rotational (Day)
- Working Days: 5 Days per Week (Rotational)
- Shift Duration: 10 Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via chat, email, and voice channels
- Respond to customer queries accurately and within defined timelines
- Follow process workflows, scripts, and quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and interaction records
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or above
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and comprehension)
- Basic computer knowledge and system handling ability
- Personal system meeting the following specifications is mandatory:
Processor: i3 or above
RAM: 8 GB
Operating System: Windows 10
Compensation Details
- Freshers: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 in-hand (Approx. CTC ₹20,000 – ₹21,000)
- Experienced Candidates: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand (Approx. CTC ₹23,000 – ₹24,000)
