Nexus Prime Talent is supporting candidates for customer support opportunities associated with a blended process (Chat + Voice). This role is suitable for candidates with strong English & communication skills who are comfortable working in rotational shifts in a work-from-home setup.

- Role: Customer Support Executive (Blended – Chat & Voice)
- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
- Shift: Rotational
- Working Days: 6 Days per Week (Rotational)
- Shift Duration: 9 Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through chat and voice support channels as per process guidelines
- Respond to customer queries accurately and within defined turnaround times
- Maintain professional communication and service quality standards
- Document customer interactions and update system records correctly
- Follow scripts, workflows, and compliance requirements defined for the process
- Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance benchmarks
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or above
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and comprehension)
- Basic computer knowledge and system handling ability
- Personal laptop meeting the following specifications is mandatory:
Processor: i3 or above
RAM: 8 GB
Operating System: Windows 10 - Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Process involves both chat and voice support
Compensation Details
- CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
