Job Overview

Nexus Prime Talent is supporting candidates for customer service opportunities associated with an international support process. This role is suitable for graduates with excellent communication skills who are comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment within a remote / work-from-home setup.

The position involves handling customer interactions professionally while following defined workflows, service standards, and compliance requirements.

Process & Role Details

  • Role: Customer Service Associate

  • System Pickup Location: Delhi
  • Working Days: 5 days per week
  • Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
  • Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions professionally through assigned support channels
  • Resolve customer queries accurately within defined service timelines
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Follow process workflows, scripts, and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records
  • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance benchmarks

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and comprehension)
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Ability to work from home with required infrastructure
  • Willingness to collect company-provided system from Delhi pickup location

Compensation Details

  • Total CTC: ₹35,000 per month
  • In-hand Salary: ₹28,000 per month
  • Quarterly Bonus: ₹6,000+ (performance-based)
Additional Perks
  • Internet allowance: ₹1,500 per month
  • Food allowance: ₹1,000 per month
  • Laptop provided by the company
