Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance payers for unpaid or underpaid claims
- Analyze and work on claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies
- Review EOBs/ERAs and identify required corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to US healthcare guidelines, payer policies, and HIPAA standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up actions and claim status
- Coordinate with billing or coding teams where applicable
- Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare AR / AR Calling
- Working knowledge of US insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
- Understanding of denial management and AR workflows
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and basic medical billing concepts
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
