Job Overview

Nexus Prime Talent is supporting candidates for a Non-Voice (Chat Support) opportunity associated with a customer support process. This role involves handling customer queries via chat and providing timely, accurate assistance based on defined workflows.

The position is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates with good English typing skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through chat support channels
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and within defined timelines
  • Follow process guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of chat interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written communication

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum 12th Pass
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and comprehension)
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Basic computer and system-handling skills
  • Personal laptop is mandatory for Work From Home setup

Compensation Details

  • Freshers: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 in-hand (Approx. CTC ₹20,000 – ₹21,000)
  • Experienced Candidates: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand (Approx. CTC ₹23,000 – ₹24,000)

Interview Process

  • Single-round interview
  • Interview format is simple and formal
  • Good written communication is mandatory
