Service Fees
Nexus Prime Talent does not charge for employment.
For certain opportunities, paid recruitment or career assistance services may apply, such as:
- Interview preparation and mock sessions
- Profile optimization and screening support
- End-to-end recruitment coordination
Any applicable service fee:
- Is strictly for services rendered, not for jobs
- Does not guarantee placement or selection
- Will be clearly communicated before proceeding
Candidates are always free to pursue opportunities independently.
Non-Refund Policy
Once recruitment or career assistance services have commenced:
- Fees paid are non-refundable
- Withdrawal by the candidate does not entitle refunds
- Services are considered delivered once guidance, preparation, or coordination has begun
Outstanding service fees, if any, must be cleared as per agreed terms.
Candidate Responsibility

- Attending interviews and sessions confirming availability

We are not responsible for:
- Employer policies
- Salary decisions
- Background verification (BGV)
- Employment terms, probation, termination, or workplace disputes
Any commitments made by third parties outside Nexus Prime Talent’s official communication are not binding on us.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Nexus Prime Talent shall not be liable for employment outcomes
- We are not responsible for employer decisions or actions
- No liability arises for loss of income, job discontinuation, or role changes
